Pros: Cheap, f/2.8-4, light
Cons: Cheap, flare issues, front focuses, soft IQ
I paid $82 shipped for a new copy of this lens to cover a focal length gap I had for a brief time. It front focuses, but I cannot justify spending $17 to ship and get fixed for an $82 lens. Flare is bad even with lens hood. Noisy and hunting AF.
However, for those on a strict budget, this lens can do the trick. I also find myself using it alot in, trying to extract decent images from it. I manually focus this lens, and it's been fun messing around with it. Overall, it's not a very good lens. Save you $$ for something else.
