Pros:  A great in its day, and still takes good photos with decent light
Cons:  High iso is poor, and very slow to use

In its day the 10D was revolutionary. Compared with modern cameras it's VERY slow to use, and the high iso performance is pretty bad. In good light it still takes decent photos, if you're patient. It's probably still faster than most modern point and shoot cameras.
